Paper Preparation

Instructions for authors

You may prepare the papers using LaTeX or MicroSoft-Word. But the submission must be made in PDF. Other formats are not accepted. The conference proceedings will be published from camera-ready copy submitted by the authors. For reasons of uniformity, all papers must adhere to the format defined by:

LaTeX users
The 15afmc-art.cls class file, and the 15afmc-inst.tex template paper have been provided. The template files also contain all the necessary detailed instructions to authors.
MicroSoft-Word users
The 15afmc-inst.doc MicroSoft-Word template should be used. To produce PDF from MS-Word you will need Adobe Acrobat Distiller software or equivalent.

Particular attention should be given to the formatting style used in the templates. Papers which do not conform to this style will NOT be published. It is strongly recommended that authors use latex to format their papers to ensure consistency and quality in the published proceedings.

Paper Submission

Papers must be submitted online in PDF.

To present the paper and for the paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper must have registered for the conference.
