who makes Futaba gyro?

Hi All,
We all know Futaba gyros outperform any other piezo gyros in both performance and durability. Yet Futaba does not make the gyro itself, they only make the control part of it. Opening up GY401 or costly GY502 shows the same metal sensor made by some unknown works.
Would anyone know who it might be? Thanks.
