Still nothing from CASA
No written confirmation from CASA Moorabbin as promised to confirm I should ignore the regulation 101.235(2)a and b, and why that is the case.
No OC application kit as promised from CASA Moorabbin

Well its been 2 months now and still nothing.
No reply from CASA Mal Walker here on the host of issues about the regulations in here.
Drops in to make threats, announce a review that is yet to surface and off into the sunset again, a bandaid attempt at placation in my view that fell off soon after leaving the wound still open.
Why on earth did CASA write up a storm of regulations that they cannot deal with or administer, they admit they can't manage them.
And still no more OC holders than there was in July 2002.
And not for lack of candidates who want to operate.
Just red tape delays and regulation obstacles from CASA.
